Erupt ( Cardio Kickboxing)

What is Erupt?

This cardio style kickboxing class is non-contact.

Instructor will lead participants through boxing and kicking movements to increase heart rate. 

Get ready to kick some butt (even if it’s just your own).

What to Know Before Attending

Safety is our top concern. Please arrive a few minutes early complete our Liability waiver and avoid any delays. 

 

To be most prepared here are a few things you might want to bring:

 

  • Water

  • Yoga or fitness mat

  • Hair tie

  • Towel
