What is Blast it Down?

Blast It Down is an intense 30-minute express strengthening class for lower body.

 

The largest muscles in the body are below the waist, so get ready to blast some calories in this strengthening class.

 

Beginners can modify by using lighter or no weights.

What to Know Before Attending

Safety is our top concern. Please arrive a few minutes early complete our Liability waiver and avoid any delays. 

 

To be most prepared here are a few things you might want to bring:

 

  • Water

  • A yoga or fitness mat

  • A hair tie

  • A towel for all the calories you're going to torch
