What is Inferno?
This HIIT (high intensity interval training) class offers “drills” to challenge the body with bursts of intense activity followed by brief periods of recovery.
Format will vary from station style (where participants move from station to station) and Tabata style (where participants perform all exercises together).
This workout will be intense and is recommended for those ready for a challenge.
