What is Ring of Fire?

Ring of Fire is a lunchtime strength and cardio circuit incorporating upper body, lower body, and core. Participants can drop in any time between

11:30am-1pm Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

What to Know Before Attending

Safety is our top concern. Please arrive a few minutes early complete our Liability waiver and avoid any delays. 

 

To be most prepared here are a few things you might want to bring:

 

  • Water

  • Yoga or fitness mat

  • Hair tie

  • Towel
