What is Fire/Flicker?
Whether you’ve never tried yoga or have practiced for years, this class has something for everyone.
This Hatha style class uses a blend of Vinyasa and Iyengar yoga. Participants will be guided through a breath focused practice from pose to pose.
Drawing the focus inward, while flowing through poses, will strengthen the mind and body. This practice will increase body awareness, flexibility, strength, relaxation, balance and focus.
Fire is a more physically challenging version, while Flicker is a gentler version.
What to Know Before Attending
