Zumba®

What is Zumba?

Zumba is a Latin inspired cardio dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere.

Rhythms from around the world are used: Bollywood, cumbia, merengue, bachata, rumba, samba, salsa, a sprinkle of top 40, afro beats, etc.

 

Zumba is truly for anyone. People of all ages, sizes, shapes, and fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to attend class.

​

Songs typically stay in the routine about 4-6 weeks on average so you'll have plenty of time to learn but most importantly have fun!

 

When you walk into a Zumba class, you are walking into a dance party! (No dance experience required.)

What to Know Before Attending

Safety is our top concern. Please arrive a few minutes early complete our Liability waiver and avoid any delays. 

 

To be most prepared here are a few things you might want to bring:

 

  • Water

  • Hair tie

  • Towel
