STRONG NATION combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. 


Every squat, lunge and burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep.

We offer 30 and 60 minute classes, you’ll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes.  Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. 


In a STRONG NATION class, you’ll always be challenged to the max. 


What to Know Before Attending

Safety is our top concern. Please arrive a few minutes early complete our Liability waiver and avoid any delays. 


To be most prepared here are a few things you might want to bring:


  • Water

  • Yoga or fitness mat

  • Hair tie

  • Towel for all the calories you're going to torch
