  • Where are you located?
    We are located at 285 Schuylkill Rd in Phoenixville, PA. We are right behind O'Grady's Restaurant in the strip mall at the top of the hill. Our studio is between the daycare and the eye doctor.
  • I haven't worked out in years (or ever,) will I be able to participate in classes?
    If you haven't worked out in a while or are new to working out, our specialized instructors will guide you through class. We will help you choose appropriate equipment, give you options to modify the workout if needed and help you execute proper form to avoid injury. Classes are suitable for all levels...from the novice to the expert, you will have a great workout at OSF.
  • How do I attend a class?
    You can sign up for your preferred class in many ways. You can book a class through our website under the "BOOK A CLASS' tab, download our mobile app (pictured below,) sign up using your MindBody account, or simply arrive to your desired class 20 min prior to the start of class and we will help you get signed up.
  • I am new to lifting. Which classes do you suggest?
    We know how intimidating it can be for anyone, especially a beginner, to walk into a new fitness studio/gym. However, at One Spark Fitness, we meet everyone where they are and strive to assist them in their fitness journey. If you would like a more personal introduction to lifting, we suggest you attend our Small Group Personal Training class. The class is private and limited to 6 participants. If you are interested in hearing more, please reach out to us to schedule a consultation.
  • What is Combustion?
    Combustion is a small group personal training class geared to the more experienced lifter. We will push you to become stronger using lifts and equipment unavailable in a large group setting.
