Blast It Up (Upper 30)

What is Blast it Up?

Blast it Up is an intense 30-minute express strengthening class for upper body.

Uses weights and bands to work from shoulders to waist. Beginners can modify by using lighter or no weights.

What to Know Before Attending

Safety is our top concern. Please arrive a few minutes early complete our Liability waiver and avoid any delays. 

 

To be most prepared here are a few things you might want to bring:

 

  • Water

  • Yoga or fitness mat

  • Hair tie

  • Towel
