What is Fan the Flames?
This class focuses on active stretching and mobility training, moving joints through a range of motion with strength and stability. It's a great way to identify areas that have altered muscle recruitment and tightness, improve performance and decrease risk of injury. This class is a great adjunct to all other classes at One Spark Fitness.
What to Know Before Attending
Safety is our top concern. Please arrive a few minutes early complete our Liability waiver and avoid any delays.
To be most prepared here are a few things you might want to bring:
