What is Barre Fusion?

Barre workouts incorporate a fusion of pilates, yoga, and strength based exercises  to improve flexibility, agility, tone. It is a complete head to toe workout using body weight, dumbbells, weighted bar, sliders, pilates ball, resistance bands.

Safety is our top concern. Please arrive a few minutes early complete our Liability waiver and avoid any delays. 

 

To be most prepared here are a few things you might want to bring:

 

  • Water

  • Yoga or fitness mat

  • Hair tie

  • Towel
